Fairly clean hotel with an unbeatable location and really helpful and extremely friendly staff. Great restaurant and sports bar on-site.

loved the place, had a comfortable stay on a business trip. the room was well-appointed and spotless, equipped with bathrooms, toiletries and a big bed, it accommodated us perfectly.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of delicious options.

Was the best base for trip. Had a REALLY NICE stay on a business trip. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels inside the standard room were handy. The qualified and efficient staff was much appreciated. Our accommodation was set in a central location short walk to the city center and a Mall.

There was no pressure.

Clean and perfectly fine place and the breakfast was sensational. Good staff onsite. A good choice of options, appetising food. Super and great position in a nice neighborhood, in the nice area. Simply no reason to complain, fantastic stay: )

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like an ironing facility, mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. I also appreciated the in-room safe, as it gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were secure. The hotel had a beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the views. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the electric kettle in the room allowed me to enjoy a cup of tea whenever I pleased. The television and AM/FM alarm clock provided entertainment and convenience during my stay. Dining options were excellent, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and a poolside snack bar for lighter bites. The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind in the evenings. the staff, amenities, and location of this hotel made my stay enjoyable and memorable.

The room itself was impressive with a Balcony and a big bed, for example and the breakfast was excellent. Having a shower, bath sheets, and slippers was a bonus...

As a business traveler, I was impressed with the facilities at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely hot showers. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to keep the rooms tidy. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide variety of fruits, drinks, and breads available. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and sports venues. I felt that the hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Located conveniently in the heart of the city, close to shopping centers and a variety of dining options. No airport pickup was provided, but taxis to the hotel are readily available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is equipped with good amenities. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds and modern facilities. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant.

Some aspects of the hotel fell short of expectations.

The complimentary toiletries offered at the hotel were great, as was the early breakfast service option. The hotel's location was very central and near to a variety of important locations. It was a pleasant bonus to be upgraded to a lovely, quiet room.

The hotel seemed to suffer from maintenance issues and some issues with cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms. The hotel's restaurant service could be quite slow at times.

We appreciated rooms with the balcony. Excellent service was provided here.

The pool at Mash Park Hotel was a refreshing retreat from the Nairobi heat. We enjoyed lounging by the poolside, sipping on cold drinks and soaking up the sun.
